Refund policy

Full refunds minus service charges will be given up until the first day of the LOM Journey/GPS Readings/Fairy Godmother Transformations.

As of the first LOM Journey session there will be no refunds given after 7 days; only an option to re-enroll once the next new Journey session starts, or a future Journey that is convenient for you. Re-enrollment has to be WITHIN A YEAR of LOM Journey cancellation. Requests MUST BE IN WRITING and sent by email within 7 days of the start of the LOM Journey. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
